All sales are final. However, if there is a significant problem we will try and resolve it.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a resolution at that time.
This includes in-stock, Custom Orders (Made to Customer Specs) and Gift cards
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Because most of my items are one of a kind, If you need to exchange it for the same item, If I am able to remake it in a specific size, then I would need time to remake the products.
